We call with a price
We find the problem, then call you with what's wrong and the price. Want to see it? We'll show you the old part.
You say yes, or don't
Nothing gets fixed until you approve it. If it can wait, we'll tell you that too.

Most oil changes, brakes and tire work are done the same day.

Two bays and a lift on Kettle Road

Dale Hanson opened the shop in 1994 with two bays, one lift and a rule he still writes on the whiteboard: price first. His son Mike runs the front counter now, and a lot of the cars in the lot belong to the kids of Dale's first customers.
