Annual plans are billed once a year ($432 for Ministry 5, $552 for Ministry 10). Monthly plans are 12 payments in year one. Over 20 pages is a custom quote. Website design and hosting are not taxable in Wisconsin.

You send photos, your logo and a short questionnaire. We write every page and build the site. You review it on a private link and we revise.

Launch
We move your domain, turn on the site and walk your office through the editor on a 20-minute call. First payment is due at launch.

What pastors and councils ask about church websites
What does the monthly price include?
The design and build of your site, the writing (we draft every page from a short questionnaire and whatever text you already have, and you approve it), hosting, the SSL certificate, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and the editor your office uses to change text, photos, service times and events without calling anyone. There is no setup fee and nothing due before launch.
What if we need more than 10 pages?
Each page past 10 is $5 a month, agreed before we start. A church with a school usually lands between 12 and 16 pages. Over 20 pages is a custom quote.
Does a sub page count as a page?
Yes. Every page with its own address counts, whether it sits in the main menu or under another page. Home, About, Worship, Staff, School, Ministries, Events, Contact and Give is nine pages.
What about sermons, livestream and online giving?
We embed what you already use. Sermons and livestream come from your YouTube or Facebook page. Giving links to your current giving provider (Vanco, Tithe.ly, your synod's giving page, or any other). No new platform, no new fees.
Who owns the website?
You do. After the first 12 months the site files are yours, and hosting continues at $20 a month, month to month. If you ever leave, you take the site with you.
Can the church office update the site?
Yes. Text, photos, service times, events and news are all editable in a plain editor that needs no training. If you would rather send us the changes, the Care Plan is $39 a month and we make them for you.
Is $36 a month billed annually?
$36 a month is the annual price, $432 billed once a year. $41 a month is the same plan billed monthly. Both are 12-month terms for year one; after that you are month to month.
Do you only work with WELS churches?
No. We are WELS members and our first ministry sites were for our own synod, but the plan is for any church or ministry, anywhere in the United States. Everything is done by email, phone and a shared link; we never need to visit.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the day we have your photos, logo and questionnaire. You see a free concept of the home page first, before you commit to anything.
