Denecke Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates deneckemedia.co and related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Contact and inquiry forms: name, email, phone, business name, and any message you submit through our site or the free mockup request form.
- Client communications: emails, messages, and project details exchanged during a client relationship.
We also collect information automatically when you visit our site:
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, and browser/device type via Google Analytics (GA4).
- IP address: logged by our hosting infrastructure (AWS CloudFront/S3).
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and deliver services you request
- Send project updates and invoices to active clients
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact Form Submissions
When you submit a form on this site, your information is stored in our CRM system (LeadWiseSystem) and an email notification is sent to our team. We use this solely to follow up on your inquiry.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site traffic. GA4 collects anonymous usage data. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or using your browser's private/incognito mode.
Facebook and Instagram Comments and Messages
When you comment a keyword (such as "MOCKUP") on a Denecke Media Facebook or Instagram post, we receive your comment text, your public name or username, and the comment ID from Meta. We use them only to send you one private message with the link you asked for and to post a short public reply under your comment. If you reply to our message, we receive your reply so we can answer you.
We keep this information for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your request, then delete it. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.
How to Delete Your Data
To delete any information we hold about you, including Facebook or Instagram comment and message data, email matt@deneckemedia.co with your name and, if it applies, your Facebook name or Instagram username. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and client records for as long as necessary to deliver services and comply with legal requirements, typically no more than 5 years after the end of a client relationship.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at matt@deneckemedia.co.
Third-Party Services
Our site uses the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics (analytics)
- AWS CloudFront & S3 (hosting)
- Amazon SES (email delivery)
- Meta Pixel (advertising analytics, on select pages)
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platform, for comment replies and messages
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
